How?

How do we get over it? For some it can mean different things, like how do you get over the death of a family member or the betrayal of a loved one. For me and several others, it is a broken heart. It hits you like a battering ram and takes sometime to get over, if it ever does. For me it was just the other night. Three years and just like that we were over. I spent the entire night crying and barely got any sleep. But how do we get over this. To be honest we think that they will come crawling back or if we apologize they will forgive us...but no. Those will only hurt us even more in the end. I got to thinking a lot about today and how things are. Im now single and can more or less do almost anything I want and dont have to worry about hurting the loved one. And while the times may have been good with them, the future and moving forward is more important.

Whats the Truth?

Media and Politics. More or less run our lives even if we dont see it. Politics are running around trying to get people to cote for them so they can do what they believe is right for the country then do the complete opposite or start something. The Media tells stories and while they are true here and there, they do stretch the truth quit a bit. It can bring more harm then good to people. That's normal.  But do we ever blame ourselves or find ourselves an issue? Ask yourself this....If we didn't try to get all these problems done at once, would we be in this situation? If you think about it... not really. As people we normally think of ourselves and o...

Privileged? Citizenship?

1960's- A time a lot of people may have remembered. From the Civil war on equality to the assassinations on JFK and MLK. But another thing people may remember is all of the different changes going on and how devastating it was. And while it wasnt as bad as the Great depression or WWII, it still hurt people here and there. MLK was known for fighting for the rights for African Americans. His speeches were incredible and have been known for the fact that they spoke what people were feeling. But over 50 years later, we are still having issues in general, and not just with African Americans. Privilege-  A term that many people take for granite.    Back then White men were to opposition of everything. They were the "rulers" of that common era in the world. But as the years go forward we still see some of them act that same way.  They act like they deserve more then anyone else. And not all white men and women are like this, i would know since I am a white woman. Bu...
